1 - Discovery
Reach out to me via the Contact form. Let me know what your needs are, what you are looking for, and what your business goals are- anything at all to help me get a better picture of your project.
Next, I’ll contact you within 3 business days (usually sooner!) to set up our first video meeting. We’ll discuss:
- the scope of the project/services required
- your needs and expectations
- costs
- timeline
- how best to work together
After this meeting, I’ll send you a detailed price quote.
Finally, you’ll reply to let me know if I can get started!
2 - Working Together
Once we finalize the work to be done, and you have accepted my offer, I’ll send you an invoice for a 25% deposit.
After that, you’ll receive an in-depth questionnaire, and we’ll set up a second video meeting to make sure we are both crystal clear about all the important details of the project.
Then I’ll get to work, and you can get on with all those other things on The List.
We’ll stay in touch throughout the project, and I will deliver the first draft on time.
And, I’ll revise until you’re absolutely satisfied!
3 - Shiny New Copy
I deliver your final product. You are happy!
I send an invoice for the final amount, due upon receipt.
You put your shiny new copy to work!
